Information handled by the app

Contracciones stores information needed for app functionality, such as contraction start time, duration, calculated frequency, intensity and notes if you add them, water breaking records if you use that feature, session statistics, onboarding state, and basic preferences. This data is stored locally through the device storage system.

Analytics and diagnostics

The app may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google, to collect basic usage events, technical device information, performance data, and crash reports. These data help us detect issues and improve the app without uploading your contraction history, notes, or water breaking records to Racorway servers.

No advertising tracking

We do not link data collected by the app with third-party data for advertising or advertising measurement, we do not use IDFA, we do not share data with data brokers, and we do not use app information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

How we use information

• To show your history, average duration, average frequency, and session progress.
• To provide informational support around the 5-1-1 rule.
• To remember app state between launches.
• To understand general app usage and fix technical issues.

Sharing with third parties

Racorway does not sell your contraction history or notes. The app may integrate Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics provided by Google for analytics and crash diagnostics, subject to Google privacy policies and terms.

Retention and deletion

History remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data through the operating system, or uninstall the app. Because we do not maintain user accounts or a server copy of your history, Racorway cannot remotely recover or delete data that exists only on your device.

Privacy choices

You can limit certain permissions and diagnostic options from iOS or Android settings. Local history can be deleted in the app or by clearing app data through the operating system.

Contracciones is a logging and informational tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not replace advice from your care team.
